The pursuit of overall well-being has become increasingly vital in our fast- paced and demanding world. Understanding the complex interplay between mind body is essential for realizing full potential living a healthy satisfying life. Physical activity one effective way to foster this relationship. Regular exercise plethora benefits that extend beyond physical health, immediately benefiting mental emotional well-being. Students will feel competent their performance if they have freedom engage activities based on sense autonomy, competence, relatedness. This article looks at synergy effect self-determination Maslow's theory creating link student academic achievement. can develop strong social connections with peers professors through discipline incentive, leading more engagement learning better study habits.
